Customers
This portal is reserved for businesses and professionals with a valid EU VAT number. We do not sell to consumers, so consumer protection rules do not apply.
Account
Access is active only after our approval, which we may refuse or withdraw. Customers keep their credentials safe and are responsible for orders placed from their account.
Products and grades
Products are refurbished unless shown as new. Grades follow our scale: Grade A++ like new, no signs of use; Grade A+ like new, almost no signs of use; Grade A like new, minimal signs of use; Grade B minimal signs of use; Grade C visible signs of wear.
Prices and VAT
Prices are in euro. Sales are made under reverse charge, with no VAT on the invoice. Customers guarantee that their VAT number is valid and their details are correct.
Orders
An order is a purchase proposal and generates a pro forma. The contract is concluded on our confirmation. Availability is refreshed periodically: if an item is no longer available we may cancel the order or the affected line and refund any amount paid.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer to the details on the pro forma. Goods ship after the funds are received.
Shipping
We ship within the European Union. Shipping costs 10 € per order and is free from 10 units per order. Customers check the goods on delivery and report any transport damage immediately.
Warranty
Items carry a 3-month warranty from delivery for functional defects. Damage from impact, liquids, misuse, tampering or third-party repairs and normal wear are excluded. For an accepted defect we repair or replace the item or refund the price paid.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers contact us before shipping and receive instructions. Items must come back in the condition in which they were delivered. Refunds are issued after the goods are checked.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the item concerned.
Governing law
Italian law applies. If language versions differ, the Italian text prevails.

Data and purposes
We process company and contact details (company name, VAT number, address, contact person, email, phone), protected passwords and order data to manage registration, orders, payments, shipping, support and tax obligations.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to perform the contract and requested pre-contractual steps, to meet legal obligations and for our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
Retention
We keep data for the duration of the relationship and tax documents for the period required by law. Requests that are not approved are deleted once no longer needed.
Recipients
Data may be processed by hosting, email and shipping providers, our accountant and the competent authorities. VAT numbers may be checked on the European Commission's VIES system. We do not sell data to third parties.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability and object to processing using the contact details above. You can also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
Cookies
The site uses a technical session cookie for login and browser storage for the cart and to remember your choice: these need no consent. Only with your consent do we activate Google Ads cookies, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure advertising; data may be transferred to the United States. Your choice lasts 6 months and you can change it at any time from Cookie preferences.
