Where do you ship?
To all 27 European Union countries. Shipping is free from 10 units per order, otherwise it costs 10 €.
How does VAT work?
We sell only to VAT-registered businesses under reverse charge: no VAT is shown on the invoice.
How do I pay?
After ordering you receive a pro forma invoice and pay by bank transfer.
What warranty do you offer and how do returns work?
Items carry a 3-month warranty and you can return them within 14 days of delivery.
